Especially on a lift, sways can be swapped extremely easily so there is no harm in trying them out.

I would swap them for sure and set them on the softest setting for now if you have the time. Check your end link clearances. I would run a set of adjustable ones. I had issues with the fixed perrin rear endlinks pushing the top of the sway bar into the underside of the body when my car was lower. I run the Whiteline WHIKLC179 in the front and the WHIKLC182 in the rear.
