No its not like 86.
Premium trim doesn't really add big features like auto ac or better dash and infotainment. They have really increased the base trims levels. Also, Gazoo Racing already sell GR86 branded knee pad as an accessory - so yes you can add them.
The differences on the premium (manual) are
adaptive headlights, knee pad, aluminium pedals, Ultrasuede/leather seats, 2 rear speakers.
And that's about it.
Oh, and the 18 inch tires/ps4 wheels of course.
For anyone looking to upgrade the rims and tires, or people that want a more lively experience, the base spec is amazing.
