Two questions:
1. What do you intend to use the vehicle for if/when it is complete? If for street use, will it be street legal in your location (London)?
2. With the amount of your proposed expenditure, why not buy a factory hot rod that will be far more reliable, already sorted out, and will retain far more value? (Like maybe a Supra)
