Most likely the same caliper and pad shapes,
but according to "upgraded brake pads" I expect different part numbers at least for pads.
Probably the easiest way to tell is to wait until the 2022 BRZ is listed on
https://parts.subaru.com/ and compare part numbers against a 2020-.
