Ahh so you were the dorky nerd that complained that everybody else was too strange. I get it.
I as mostly tight bell bottoms, tee shirts and combat boots but I did have my "goin' out clothes" of puffy sleeved, flowered, silk shirts,
really tight bell bottoms and platform soled shoes for the bars and clubs and I looked GOOD! It was just the way people dressed and back then there was no reason to be trying to "pull it off" since it was just the fashion.
Oh and there was and is nothing wrong with the Bee Gees then or now. In the right setting of course.
