Hey thanks man! I can't offer any specific advice re seats. All I know it that a harness holds your body very still and in an impact your head is too free to move, hence the head restraint recommendation. A stock seat belt allows your body to move a bit. I guess a serious race setup is a race seat, harness and Hans device or similar.
