Some want put their heads up their asses and shout "we won, it's over, let's party." Well, it's not over, the fat lady hasn't sung, and we haven't won yet. Putting our fingers in our ears and saying it is doesn't make it true. As has been said many times, we still have a great opportunity to fuck this up. And, somewhere over 50% of my country-persons seem determined to do just that. And THAT's not the media's fault either.

Agreed, with the qualifier that it depends on which media. Some of them are integral in messing things up.
