I opened up my box to steal the spare 15amp and was appalled to see the crap in there! I was too shocked to take a picture but let's just say the OP's is spotless compared to what I found. Since I don't believe a fuse block is a great place to build sand castles I am going to see if I can find some thin foam weather-stripping to put between the top and the base. I do not want to even imagine the results if I got any dampness up in with all that sand and dust.
