This got me thinking the design of the Hanger is really unique. The rubber holes doesn't securely surround the metal hook (therefore transfers less sound/vibrations) There's also a middle connected section that doesn't exist on any other hanger which probably acts like a resistor of sorts to dissipate the sounds -> thermal. You could probably use this for any vehicle in the future for this purpose

We could potentially put some butyl tape (1mm) on the metal hooks or Damping grease to isolate the sound even more!

Interestingly subaru lists these as "Subaru clamp Mounting pipe silencer system" in their catalog as FA1 723-906. Searching for this actually turns up more results on eBay and UK part sites. I've found UK sites selling them fo $1.5

shipping to USA $100 haha. So anyone in UK is gonna be really happy.
