I was driving on a backroad in mid-traffic once, following traffic at the normal speed limit. In one of the blind turns that slopes a genius decided to go into the other lane to pass traffic, nearly hitting us head on. There was nowhere for me to turn to avoid since it's a small road with rails on either side. Thankfully, he barely avoided us but I couldn't help but think "this guy either has a serious death wish or zero survival instincts."
