That's the only possible semblance of truth there, probably.
I think most luxury brand buyers prefer the cheapest house on an expensive street over the opposite. Starting with a car that is gen 2 of what was formerly Scion, no way, it doesn't hold any class distinction which is part of the Lexus experience.
