just an update, bedded the pads, the noise and vibrations seemed to be reduced quite a bit. After that drove the next day and noticed a very small amount of noise still. Reseat the pads (retracted pistons fully, put wheels on then pumped brakes).

Thought that the noise may have partially been due to the disc not seating properly because maybe one side of the pads were pushing more on the disc than the other if that makes sense?

Anyways, the noise is pretty much gone now, no longer feel one side of the caliper/wheel is hotter than the other
