Just to bring closure to this thread. I finally fixed the wheel speed sensor issue (replaced wheel speed sensor, wheel hub, and cleared the codes in the ABS module with a ABS/SRS/Engine/Transmission + CAN OBDII scan tool) and the radiator fan is working as expected.
Thanks to all the folks to chimed in and helped me to understand the issue.
