I did not notice any loss of performance going back to the stock FP. I have though about doing an E-tune or a dyno tune but there is very little to gain over the OFT stage 2 tune. Sure someone will comment a protune is better but probably not worth the money for DD. You want more than stage 2 you gotta go E85 or FI.
