Tein CSG FLA pillowball bearings replacement

Hi everyone,

I’m sharing my experience since I expect to be the first one to have to replace those (I was on pre-order for those, I drive 15.000 miles per year, track the car - including nurburgring, and drive awful B-roads a lot - but that will definitely change !)

Pillowball bearings are not mounted with silent blocs, so they wear fast.
I had some play after around 30.000 miles.

It is relatively easy to get the entire camber plate assembly (around $300 a pair), and after getting in touch directly with Tein japan, I (EU resident) managed to get just the ball joints from Tein UK (£42 a piece)

You need a special tool to open the housings which I built. Beware, the tool needs to be well built and extra strong, the torque needed is huge. I used a drilling bit for extra stiffness.
