So, sounds like the ECU is in some failsafe mode for the radiator fans because it 's not 100% sure on the vehicle's speed because of the wheel speed sensor issue. The connection was non-obvious to me, but it seems to make some sense now.

Anyways, spend this afternoon on the wheel speed sensor issue and learned alot (added some info to the largest wheel speed sensor thread I could find: https://www.ft86club.com/forums/show...8&postcount=34). The original wheel speed sensor tested good by swapping sides (should of done this in the first place ). Looks like the wheel speed sensor interfaces with a magnetic ring in the wheel bearing. So, looks like I'm going to order a new hub and swap it in next week
