I have B8s, same as B6 except less droop travel for lower springs (which isn't really necessary to keep springs captured even at 1.25" lower).
Great improvement over the factory PP/Sachs IMO, much smooover ride and I'd bet 20+mm more bump travel (important if lowered). Damping is fine street and track for me with 4.4 front 5.3 rear springs, should be fine for stock springs as well.
