Sorry, I can't check the weight as it's fitted. STi exhaust is an axleback. The outside sound is perfect, beefy, not too silent and not too noisy.
The inside sound is meh, at lower revs it's a little strong, in particular around 3000 rpm (but I think every exhaust will be noticeable at that rpm), quite silent at higher revs.
It worth the price if you care of the brand STi, it's particular construction and its wonderful exit pipes. Plus, this exhaust has a quiet and wonderful noise when catless...
