As long as they’re JWL/VIA tested they should be strong enough for street use. The JWL/VIA logo is usually showing near the valve stem. I couldn’t find any info on their site, so it might be worth sending an email.

$250 is fairly cheap for a wheel, but I’ve seen wheels that are even TUV certified (German regs) for less than $200, it’s just that they’re smaller brands or OEM brands that don’t have a known name like Ronal/Sport Edition, etc.
