those are some high numbers for just normal driving. I'm assuming those temps were during a stop right? still high temps but i think you should duct your front bumper area a little more, like this person did. pretty simple, some foam, but he did have a dedicated ducting on his oil cooler. He's on the site.

I believe you're not getting enough airflow in and out of your airstack. That vented hood should help tho.
