I got to check out both blues in the flesh if I'm going for a 2nd gen. Blue is one of those colours that can look ridiculously different depending on the lighting especially the darker blues.
The Trueno blue is going to be the question mark. I saw a post showing a possible Trueno blue on another site, that GR86 was a dark blue looking like from the pictures to be similar to Oceanic. Not a confirmation though and could be some pre-production colour that won't make it.
On this car I believe I'd be ok with Neptune. Although if a WRB option was available for Toyota(which I think is the only thing Subaru refuses to give Toyota) I would 100% pick that. I also like the Supra's Refraction blue.
