The GIGABYTE 32" LED Curved QHD FreeSync Monitor with HDR is great, really neat. I still need to calibrate it using Toms hardware software. But initial thoughts about it are favorable. Comes with all the cables you'll need, and then some. HDMI cables, dual display, and Display Port cable. Different outlet connections too. Assembly takes about 3 minutes with a cross and flat screwdriver.
Some of the neat features is the FPS display that can be places on either corner of the monitor. I tested this playing Far Cry 5 at 1440 Ultra settings, no HDR, and my FPS were in the high 60s low 70s. Which is about right. For the giggles I played Need for Speed: Carbon, 170+ FPS at Max display and rendering settings.
Using the Display Port is the only way you can unlock the 165Hz refresh rate. Using HDMI it will only allow you to unlock 144hz refresh.
There's another feature I have yet to try, and that is the cross-hair feature, apparently is supposed to place a cross-hair for you to improve your experience using FPS games.
For $299 I'd say this is a pretty solid choice if you play at 1080/1440 settings, that 165hz refresh rate is really solid.
