Made a pico de gallo salsa for the first time:
Flavor profile was pretty much what I wanted with the exception that I would've preferred jalapenos, but somehow the supermarket I went to yesterday was out of them, so I used a serrano instead

I also need to improve on my dicing skills, not ideal texture. But not bad!
