Please refer to these links. Anytime someone is using scaling based on the MAP instead of the MAF on a PD supercharger with the MAP sensor in the runners, this will likely be the outcome, as resonance in the runners can often create oscillations in the signals, which can be felt as breakup or less power. The solution is the D-Box, ECUTEK filtering, or doing a remote MAP sensor:
