You either want this car or you don't. There is no breach of consumer law here. Do you honestly think they don't have their own legal team look at this first?

You can fight all you want. The only result you will get is a dealer and manufacturer canceling your order.

I represent my dealer principal and Toyota. Everything I do is above board and ethical. Why else would I offer my own equipment as compensation to the ONE customer who had concerns? Toyota and my employer had no obligation to do so but I took it upon myself to make sure this customer was looked after as I value an ongoing relationship with my customers.
