Aero drag is not going to be up by much. Judging by these results (https://ecomodder.com/forum/showthre...g-cd-7475.html), 265 vs 215 might increase aero drag by ~5%.
Rolling resistance is something else, but wider, stiffer-sidewall tires theoretically should have *less* rolling resistance due to less hysteresis. And tire stickyness/adhesion isn't really a thing at normal temps on normal roads. Compounded launch pad at the drag strip is a different story there...

If you were thinking of going 3.73 gears, and now pondering 4.88, yeah, leave it stock. Gearing mods are pretty overrated anyway IMO...
