I did like this aspect while doing my research on turbo vs supercharger. I chose this setup for the same reason after reading how turbo torque spikes can be hard on rods. And a couple pics of rods going through the side of engines, that's always a convincing argument too.

I don't have it back from the shop yet to comment.
