It is possible. However, you will need to run e85 or WMI with the 69mm pulley for the 210 kit, exhaust and intake (maybe injectors and FP). Additionally, I would recommend clutch, vents/vented hood, ceramic coated header at least, oil cooler, pcv catch can, coil packs, heat reflective tape on the intake pipe, and the Perrin Intake to mitigate the heat soak.
If you don’t already have the kit I would recommend just jumping up to the 335 kit. Get the 90 or 85mm pulley and it’ll leave you at 300/300ish (this is more than then 300/240 top end of the 210 kit). You will just need clutch, FP and injectors; the other parts I mentioned would also be highly suggested, as well as e85/WMI.
Lastly, get a good tuner: I am tuned by Mike from Moto-East (now Xero Limit) and he probably has the most experience with the Sprintex Kits. Otherwise, Bill at Delicious or Zach at CSG will be your next best bets
