Many times I've had cars brought to me with complaints of accessories being inop, quite a few times it's been a missing fuse. Not blown, m i s s i n g.

It's entirely possible that your car may have died for an unknown reason and that a jump starting mishap blew it, the dealer might have taken it out to run tests with a fuse saver (handheld circuit breaker at the end of a long extension) and when faced with being unable to replicate the issue that blew it,said f*ck it, thrown an ecm at it and just didnt replace the blown fuse.

if it blows again out of nowhere you'll know you've got a real issue.
