They said they wanted to put a new computer in it costing me $3,000, so I did the reasonable thing and took my car back. The only thing different that I have noticed since the incident is when downshifting (automatic) the car slowly revs back up and slows way down, compared to before the car died, it would simply just rev up and continue going the same speed, was very smooth. I have tested the alternator and battery and voltage is normal. I have been looking online and the only thing I can come up with is ECM or PCM issues. I will be taking it to a local shop soon, but was wondering if anyone has had this issue before and how they fixed it.

Welcome to the group, chopper86 -
Since you have replaced the battery, the next thing I'd suggest you take a careful look at is the alternator and have it checked out.
After you replaced the battery, did the p0560 code go away and has it stayed away?
Good luck.
