Although, I wish I can say that their reasons are for not trusting it based on the development rate. Various reasons I've heard them say is the usual "tracking device blah blah," "don't want to be controlled by the government," "no benefit to it," "what's the point when a booster is needed."

Even among the most staunch members of the tin foil hat club in my circle, I have not heard tracking device or gov control. They just say they don't think they need it
They are more into the whole we are being lied to about it's origins in which I say have at it, because it doesn't really matter now that it is here.
I do have some older Hispanic dudes at work who also feel the same way because they have never had a vaccine of any type in their life.
One older lady who is in terrible health doesn't want it because she doesn't like needles.
I have only had 1 person on the fringe of my group of friends(friend of a friend deal) that believe in the conspiracy theory's.
I guess I am pretty lucky.
