Ball bearing sound or something else?

So I got this light metal clinging sound (kind of like a key drop) that rings for 1-2 times whenever I accelerate or move faster from a slower speed

Its seems to be coming from my left rear wheel area (can clearly hear when windows are down)

My friend checked it out and suggested it to be a ball bearing wearing out. Is that the case or something else?

I did have my clutch replaced due to the infamous tob going out with new OEM exedy clutch/flywheel. The ringing sound did happen right after the shop replaced the clutch. But maybe just coincidence?

Car drives fine with no additional symptoms. Currently at 117k km

Thanks
