Anyone know of tuners in the Portland, Oregon area? I'm new to this tuning aspect of things and my local installation shop isn't one of them. I appreciate the seasoned input, but have to admit I'm a total neophyte when it comes to this process. I'm looking forward to going further with the tuning, but felt this a solid way to start and get back on the road promptly with the HKS kit with the flash tuner onboard.
