Just to clarify, I'm not scared of *it*.
I was just trying to say that with the nausea and stuff I was a bit more uncomfortable last night than I initially I expected I'd be for just the first dose. But I also realize it affects everybody differently, especially depending on which manufacturer (I got Pfizer, since I didn't mention it yesterday).
My sister had pretty much 0 side effects from her 2nd Pfizer dose, so it's quite possible I'll go into it expecting a lot and wind up having it be a breeze.
But we'll see.

I've had the fever/chills from a pneumonia vaccine. This one just made me lethargic and achy. Not sure you can predict.

I haven't done the calculations, but I'm pretty sure most of us are already doing a lot of things with much higher risk of really bad outcomes - to most of which we don't give a second thought.
It's like the clotting issues with the JJ and AZ products. Taking birth control pills poses a much larger risk of dangerous (although) different clots than does the vax.
I think it will be fine. Don't worry - Be happy.
