The Japanese government that is currently trying to decide whether they should cancel the Olympics they've spent millions of dollars on as a fourth wave is hitting Japan? That in addition to Olympic-adjacent reasons, money will be continue to be lost due to no tourists coming to visit either for the Olympics or other reasons, like Hanami season that just came and went?
