I agree with @humfrz, but with the additional recommendation of a heavier-duty clutch NOW while you have it all apart, since you're boosting later on down the line. This simply saves you time and work in the long run. It will not affect the performance of the engine or transmission now, but you'll be all set and ready to go after you've installed the supercharger.
