It was rated 197hp in all markets though right?
I believe they advertised as 200hp and 100hp/liter because it was 200 metric (ps) horsepower.
IMO the tiny difference is probably fuel related, and if you happened to add in some 100Ron fuel in the US model it might very well make 232hp
