Following your recommendation, I tried flashing the stock rom on the car but it seems like ECU wiped my license so after the weekend, I contacted the tuners, they corrected the issue and added some flash points onto the dongle. I was able to flash the stock then the customized one and was able to get the car fully tuned yesterday.
Just a little tip for everyone, when flashing, be VERY careful not to unplug or move the cable and don't touch anything in the car while it's being flashed. It's not worth the time and frustration to fix it.
