Since this is primarily a drawing I chalk that up to it being the standard "Chip Foose" style auto rendering where the drawing looks like this but the actual product ends up looking like a standard production car.
Unless of course you are referring to the other model, in which case I chalk it up to either a lot effort combined with good genes, or a superior photoshop artist.
