Who knows. The weather in Atlanta is relatively consistent, with mild winters and hot/humid summers.

Not really. I consistently drive no more than 10MPH over the speed limit except rare occasions. Have for decades.

I suppose that could attribute to it. The station I buy 75% of my fuel from has gone through a major renovation including a change in the pumps since I bought the car.
