It's all in the art of driving. Take your foot off the gas, brake or clutch too quickly then you will feel a similar response from the car, jerky and other strange happening.

Move smoothly, the car will respond in the same way. I try to drive in a way that my passengers don't feel any discomfort, even when I am traveling quickly.. it's doing less in the car, don't want to be too busy unless you're a rally driver on rally stage.
