I thought I had responded to @
wparsons question but I guess I didn't. You are correct, there aren't any that I can see that have CarPlay and a knob. There are a couple that have carplay and up/down volume buttons, but no knob. I had inavertently left the Carplay filter off when I did my original search.
That said, the Pioneer I have in my Suburban with the volume buttons along the bottom work fine.
