Is this typical with these clutches or should I take the whole thing apart again and see what's up? Other wise everything seems good.

hmmm......what is "stuffer"?

Did you replace the TOB when you replaced the clutch?

How long (how many miles) has the new clutch been installed?

Sometimes new clutches need to be broken in before they settle down -
