Does that humming volume changes depending on which side turn you take? In that case imho high chance forwheel bearing being culprit.
As I previously mentioned, there's no way to get the frequency and loudness of the humming to reliably change.

It doesn't change when changing lanes or turning. It does't change when going faster or slower. It doesn't change under acceleration or braking. It's just kind there and its frequency and loudness is completely random. BUT the car needs to be moving over 30kph to hear it but after that its consistent more or less.

Also its not hum hum hum hum hum
Its more like hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm huuuuuuumm huummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm It's totally random.
