If the only thing in the suspension you're changing is the lowering springs, the wheel will have the same range of motion as with original springs, and will hit the same spots (or will not hit the same spots).
However, changing from original springs to lowering springs can affect
how frequently something rubs and
how hard something rubs if it does rub with original springs.
