Chart makes no sense *at all*. You're telling me *purple* cars are the most popular in Michigan? At only 0.83% of the car population? I don't know what they're trying to convey here but it *can't* actually be the most popular car colors in those states.
"9 out of 10" was obviously a bit of hyperbole, but anyway a quick search shows that Hawaii does have the lowest percentage of cars that are not in the colorless black/white/grey/silver range at 17.1%
