Haha he'll flat out reject the offer. Annoying thing for me is, he knows he have the upper hand. He doesn't "need" to sell it. He can just say no and keep the tenant. That's why he's doing all the crazy counter offer and other shit. He claim he's "risking" by selling it. Even though over and over we've stated that we want that house. No shit, selling the house always have a risk.
