I 'm just over the equivalent of 200k miles on my 2013 and have been doing the same thing most people have noted here which is routine scheduled maintenance and checking into things when something feels off. You'll know your car pretty well by now so it should come somewhat instinctively when something needs to be addressed. Aside from routine stuff, other work that needed to be done on mine thus far is a rear wheel bearing, preventative clutch replacement from a failing TOB, failed alternator and one bad coil pack.
