I'm so glad a stumbled across this thread.
I had a look at mine as well and as expected, no grommets and so went to the dealership as I just picked it up 2 days ago and wanted to know why they didn't install it. I was told that its usually not install because its not really required but salesman tracked it down for me.
Funny enough the instructions on the packet is quite clear to install the grommets for the pre delivery inspector
