Those bolts are to be torqued to 114 foot pounds.
I installed 81305 on the lower and the instructions specify lower torque around 100 if memory serves me correctly.

I have 81305 lower, crash/lower bolt up top. I ended up with -2.3° even on both sides.
For me it was convenience at the time and goals when I ordered my original bolt. I was only after small bump in camber, but later wanted more. The lower bolt sitting in the garage is an easy swap.

If you have specific camber goals, two adjustable bolts makes sense. They're cheap. You still have your stock bolts if needed.
